Saturday I went out to Cull Canyon with TNT.
It was cold as hell in the morning. I know hell isn't normally represented as being very cold but the theology isn't really set in stone, it's just supposed to be very terrible, and being cold is pretty terrible.
They said there wouldn't be a lot of hills but none of that was true, it was all hills all the time, for 50 miles. The good news is, I made it.
The bad news is I went home and drove my car into the garage with the bike on the roof rack. I'll be going to the body shop tomorrow morning.
Strangely enough, no damage to the bike, just the rack and the car. Maybe I'll post some pictures later.

So here's some pictures from the Cinderella, courtesy of Danielle. Here's me in my ridiculous getup:

I Survived The Cinderella
It wasn't really that bad actually. First, most of my Violet ride group was there and we all rode together the whole way, so that made it easier. Second, I really paced myself a lot more and really took it easy, and it's surprising how much farther you can go when you do that. Imagine that, you can easily do 20 more miles if you don't go around sprinting up hills.
Statswise, it was about 66 miles total. I averaged 12.1 mph over 5 hours and 23 minutes of riding time. We took about 10 million breaks (lunch, snacks, photos, waiting for people to catch up), so that was actually 7 hours and 20 minutes of total time.
There were some professional photographers taking pictures so I'll check out their websites and see what they got, but (1) they kind of cost a lot of money and (2) I was wearing really stupid clothes, so I'm going to have to weigh those factors when it comes to buying a photo.

Cinderella Tomorrow
Well, the Cinderella is tomorrow. I've been training for 2 and a half months so I guess I'm as ready as I'll ever be. Here's what I'll be wearing.
Go ahead and laugh it up while you can.
